When weather conditions are adverse, indoor games play a very important role to keep us fit & amused. Indoor games like table tennis, carrom & chess are available in A.P.S.
OUTDOOR GAMES
Undoubtedly these are the outdoor games that make the school hours extremely smooth for the students. Moreover outdoor games like cricket, football, hockey, kabaddi, kho-kho & athletics can be opted as a good career option also. In the recent past years players like Sachin Tendulkar , Sushil Kumar , Yogeshwar Dutt , Sania Mirza , Sadara Singh , R.S. Rathore etc. have earned great name & fame because of their splendid performance in games.
That is why at A.P.S. we train our students for different games like cricket , football , kho-kho , kabaddi , Taek-wondo & Athletics etc .
DANCE ACTIVITIES
There is a great importance of dance in our life. Dance practice keeps us fit as it burns the excessive calories stored in our body. Moreover the success of a moovie in bollywood depends on the music & dance patterns followed. There are vast opportunities for a good career in this field.
ART & CRAFT ACTIVITIES
Art & Craft are the activities that induce creativity among the students. Moreover by art & craft students learn to use the waste material for making beautiful & useful articles. We can say that art & craft make a child learn the process of recycling.
INTER HOUSE ACTIVITIES
To induce the feeling of healthy competition among the students inter house activities play a vital role. For this purpose all the student of school are divided into four houses – Raman, Tagore, Ashoka & Shastri. From time to time several inter house competitions on yoga Taek-wondo, Kho-Kho, Dance ,Singing ,Debate, Athletics, Rangoli, Fancy Dress, Art&Craft are organized. This makes all the students face challenges of the life smoothly.
YOGA ACTIVITIES
Some times we are extremely stressed because of the hectic schedule of life. Definitely it is the yoga & meditation that give us internal energy & we can get rid of stress quickly. To conquer the stress we at A.P.S. organize training sessions on yoga & meditation.
